What is School Condition Allocation?

School Condition Allocation (SCA) is a funding mechanism provided by the UK government to help maintain and improve the condition of school buildings. The funding allocation is aimed at:

Local Authorities
Special Schools not maintained by the local authority
Special Post-16 instructions.
Larger Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) and Voluntary Aided (VA) bodies must meet the following criteria:
- body had 5 or more open schools at the start of the preceding September.
- The schools total at least 3,000 pupils counted in the preceding Spring census.

Specification and Tender

Project Briefing: Discuss and agree on project specifics and appoint specialist surveys.

Project Award
