What is a Condition Survey?

A Condition Survey is a comprehensive assessment of a building’s physical state, focusing on key elements such as:

  • Structural integrity 

 
The survey is based on the DfE’s condition grading criteria and provides recommendations for remedial works, budget estimates, and lifecycle planning.
