Condition Improvement Fund (CIF)

CIF provides essential funding for academies, sixth-from colleges and voluntary-aided schools for building improvement works to ensure schools can remain compliant with legislation and DfE guidance.

School Condition Allocation (SCA)

SCA provides set allocated funding allowance for multi-academy trusts (MAT) with more than 5 schools or 3,000 pupils to undertake building improvement works to comply with legislation and enhance the educational experience.

Urgent Capital Support (UCS)

Academies and sixth-form colleges that meet CIF criteria can apply for urgent funding where school closure is imminent or has resulted due to building condition need.
