Works included replacing over 100 fire doors, full heating distribution renewal, boiler plant replacement, and a whole school electrical rewire — improving compliance, safety, and energy efficiency throughout the school.
Twydall Primary School - Flat Roof Replacement

RPT Consultants transformed a failing metal A frame asbestos tile roof into completely new pitched roof structure at Knaphill Lower Primary School. The project involved full roof replacement and ceiling replacement, insulation upgrades, and lighting improvements — enhancing safety, thermal comfort, and classroom quality without disruption to school operations.
The Thomas Aveling School - 6th Form Refurbishment
RPT Consultants delivered the refurbishment of the Sixth Form Common Room, IT Study Area, and IT Classroom at The Thomas Aveling School. We helped transform outdated spaces into a modern, multipurpose sixth form hub — supporting academic study with quiet areas alongside social areas. The project was completed on time over the summer with great feedback from staff and students.
