- Snagging and Compliance sign-off
Scope of Works Completed
- Replacement of 102 fire doors with certified FD30 and FD60 rated units
- Replacement of 714m² of non-fire-rated ceilings with compliant fire-rated ceiling systems
- Replacement of 21m2 of non fire rated glazed screens with 30min fire rated safety glass
- Fire stopping and compartmentation works to improve fire protection
- Installation of new fire exit doors to ensure compliant and safe egress routes
- Upgrade of the fire alarm detection system to L2 standard
- Installation of additional emergency lighting
- Installation of new fire exit signage throughout the premises
- Installation of contrast noising
